Palembang, Aksara News – Yudi Efendi (24) warga Jalan Mayor Zen, Kecamatan Kalidoni, Palembang, tewas setelah sepeda motornya menabrak mobil truk yang tidak ketahui nomor polisi (nopol) terparkir di baju jalan, Sabtu (11/2) sekira pukul 04.41 WIB di Jalan Basuki Rahmat, tepatnya depan Sop Jakarta, Palembang.
Akibatnya Yudi meninggal dunia dengan sejumlah luka – luka di tubuhnya, dan jenazah korban oleh anggot Sat Lantas Polrestabes Palembang dibawa ke Rumah Sakit (RS) Muhammad Hoesin Palembang.
Kasat Lantas Polrestabes Palembang, AKBP Rendy Surya Aditama melalui Kanit Gakkum Laka Lantas, Iptu Arsikakum membenarkan adanya kecelakaan tersebut.
“Saat kejadian pengendara motor informasi dari lapangan datang dari arah simpang Polda menuju ke simpang Pagi Sore, dengan mengendarai motor Yamaha Mio nopol BG 3481 ABS, dan tiba di TKP menabrak mobil truk yang terparkir di baju jalan,” katanya, Sabtu (11/2).
Sedangkan pengemudi dan mobil truk yang mengetahui ada pengendara sepeda motor menabrak langsung pergi melarikan diri.
“Dari pantauan kamera CCTV terlihat mobil pergi dari TKP, namun tidak terlihat nopol nya dengan jelas, bahkan mobil ini memutar balik arah karena tau ada kamera CCTV didepannya,” katanya.
Masih katanya saat ini masih mencari pemilik mobil atau sopir truk tersebut yang belum diketahui identitasnya.
“Penyebab Laka Lantas sendiri karena lalai atau kurang berhati – hati dan tidak memperhatikan halangan yang ada didepan sehingga menabrak mobil truk,” katanya.
